The Don CeSar Hotel partners with InnSpire to create branded hotel Mobile App.

 

The Don CeSar, also known as the Pink Palace®, is an iconic hotel property located in St. Pete Beach on Florida’s Gulf Coast. The hotel experienced difficulties during the pandemic regarding their interaction with guests. Driven by the necessity of better ways of connecting, the hotel management decided to start a partnership with InnSpire, and together they created a hotel mobile app. Hospitality Technology published an article explaining how InnSpire’s app helped the resort offer everything its guests might need.

Thomas Fraher is the general manager of the Pink Palace. He shares for Hospitality Technology that their new mobile app offers various services and features that create personalized and accessible guest experiences. The InnSpire app allowed them to:

  • Obtain cell phone numbers upon arrival
  • Communicate guest requests
  • Sending a personalized welcome message
  • Receiving guest inquiries
  • Send mid-stay and pre-departure checkup messages
  • Offer additional assistance
  • Check on guest satisfaction
  • Provide guests with the opportunity to order pool and beachside F&B
  • Serve guests directly at their location thanks to geo-tagging
  • Incorporate digital maps.

The general manager shares that they plan to incorporate a remote printing feature that will allow guests to send emails and document attachments to the hotel’s business center to be printed.
