By accessing the website at http://www.innspire.com, you are agreeing to be bound by these website Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Innspire Intelligent Hotels AB’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

General Terms and Conditions applicable to Use of a Website.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us, and it is Innspire Intelligent Hotels AB’s policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our websites. Accordingly, we have developed this Policy to help you understand how we collect, use, communicate, and disclose personal information.


Our Privacy Commitments:

• Before or at the time of collecting personal information, we will identify the purposes for which information is being collected.

• We will collect and use personal information solely for the purposes specified and for other compatible purposes unless we obtain the individual’s consent or as required by law.

• We will retain personal information only as long as necessary for fulfillment of those purposes.

• We will collect personal information by lawful and fair means, and where appropriate, with the knowledge or consent of the individual concerned.

• Personal data should be relevant, accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

• We will protect personal information by reasonable security safeguards against loss, theft, unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification.

• We will make readily available to customers information about our policies and practices relating to the management of personal information.

We are committed to conducting our business in accordance with these principles to ensure that the confidentiality of personal information is protected and maintained.

Innspire Intelligent Hotels AB may change its Privacy Policy from time to time, and at its sole discretion.

Innspire ONE Service Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms 
By activating an account, utilizing the Innspire ONE platform, or engaging any modular "Service Blocks" (the "Services"), the Customer ("Hotel" or "Property") unconditionally agrees to be bound by this Agreement. The act of initiating a guest journey (sending an automated message or activating a digital flow) constitutes active and implicit acceptance of these terms and the associated Global Messaging Rate Card.
 
2. The "Service as a Service" Model 
Innspire provides digital hospitality outcomes through a modular subscription framework. 

  • Modular Activation: Services are organized into "Service Blocks" (e.g., AI Concierge, App-less Journey). These are billed as recurring monthly fees per room/key or as otherwise specified in the Customer's dashboard. 

  • Flexibility: Customer may scale services up or down; however, changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. 

3. Consumption & Utility (Hybrid Billing) 
Services may be powered by Direct Currency Billing (USD/EUR) or Service Credits. 

  • Recipient-Based Valuation: All messaging (SMS and WhatsApp) is billed based on the destination country/carrier domain of the recipient. The carrier domain of the guest’s mobile device dictates the final cost per interaction, regardless of the hotel's physical location. 

  • Global Rate Card: Current consumption rates are maintained in the Innspire Global Messaging Rate Card. Innspire reserves the right to adjust these rates to reflect global carrier fluctuations or regulatory changes. 

  • Deduction Logic: Usage is tracked in real-time. For Credit-based accounts, units are deducted upon transmission. For Cash-based accounts, usage is aggregated and billed monthly. 

4. Payment Terms 

  • Monthly Arrears: Unless otherwise contracted, all consumption-based utility and recurring service fees are billed at the end of each calendar month. 

  • Payment Methods: Customer shall maintain a valid credit card on file for automated processing. For properties approved for corporate invoicing, payment is due Net 15 days from the invoice date. 

  • Authorization: By using the Services, the Customer authorizes Innspire to bill for all interactions and active blocks at the prevailing regional rates. 

5. Data Ownership & Privacy 

  • Guest Data: Customer remains the Data Controller. Innspire acts as a Data Processor to facilitate guest journeys. 

  • Direct Capture: Innspire provides tools to capture guest data (e.g., OTA-to-Direct email capture). Customer represents that they have the legal right to collect and use such data under applicable local laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.). 

6. Term & Termination 

  • Standard Term: Services are provided on a month-to-month basis. 

  • Yearly Commitments: Yearly pre-paid plans offer a 15% discount. Such plans are non-refundable and auto-renew unless canceled in writing thirty (30) days prior to the term end. 

  • Suspension: Innspire reserves the right to suspend platform connectivity or "Managed Syncs" for accounts with balances exceeding thirty (30) days past due.
